Services

Four service lines.

Take one on its own, or hand us a scope end to end. Either way it’s the same team carrying it through.

01

Design & draughting

Multi-disciplinary design and detailing across structural, civil, mechanical and industrial architecture. We take a project from concept to a coordinated 3D model and a full fabrication drawing set: general arrangements, fabrication details and bills of material.

All four disciplines sit in one office. The structure, its foundations, the mechanical equipment and the building are coordinated together, so clashes are resolved in the model rather than on site.

Disciplines

02

Certification & inspection

Professional engineering certification and inspection across mechanical, structural and civil scopes. This is the sign-off that allows fabrication and installation to proceed. On existing plant, it is the inspection that confirms equipment is fit to remain in service.

Certification carries professional liability. We certify against the design, the relevant standard and the condition on site.

Scopes

03

Simulation & analysis

FEA — finite element analysis. We model how a structure behaves under load: stress concentrations, deflection and safety margins. Problems are identified and resolved before fabrication.

DEM — digital evaluation model. We simulate how bulk material moves through a chute, transfer point or bin: build-up, liner wear and flow blockages. This is used to verify materials-handling designs before they are built.

Methods

04

3D laser scanning

We scan existing plant to capture it as-built, producing a millimetre-accurate point cloud. New equipment is then designed against the actual installed conditions rather than outdated drawings.

This is used on retrofits to fit new equipment into existing plant, and to provide an accurate interface reference between components that meet on installation.
